Weston is a member of the Midlands Debating League and the debating season runs during the 1st and 2nd Terms with finals taking place in the Third Term.

We have been very successful in the past with several scholars earning Midlands representation and competing at Provincial level. 
Weston competes against schools such as Escourt High, Greytown High, Michaelhouse, Treverton College and Wembley College.
